私の名前はクリスチャン　イグナシオ　アサトです。
愛媛県技術研修生としてアルゼンチンから来ました。今は、愛媛調理製菓専門学校で、日本料理を勉強しています。
アルゼンチンでは両親と姉（妹）と暮らしています。友だちを作るのが好きなので、ブエノスアイレスにはたくさんの友だちがいます。
プロの料理人として学校を卒業し、５年間政府機関で働きました。
松山の人はみんなとても親切で、街は美しく、とても閑静なところです。
将来の夢はいろいろありますが、アルゼンチンでシェフになること、何か自分の名を残せるようなことをしたいと願っています。

My name is Christian Asato, i am 23 years old. I come from Argentina where i live with my parents and my sister. I love making friends, so i have a lot of friends in Buenos Aires. I graduated as a professional cook and i worked in the national government for 5 years.I came to Matsuyama, Ehime because the Ehime Prefecture gave me the possibility to come and study japanese gastronomy as kenshusei.The people here in Matsuyama are very kind and the city is beautiful and a very quiet place.I have a lot of ideas on mind but my dream is became the best Chef in Argentina and leave a mark on my country.
