Application From

We will be studying Japanese in groups for 10 days! We will also cover Japanese that is useful during emergencies!

Date: 8/19（Mon）～8/30（Fri）　Beginner Class（I、II、III、Ⅳ), Intermediate Class（Ⅴ）
※There are no classes on Saturday and Sunday
※The class will be cancelled on days on which there have been a “storm warning” or “heavy rain warning” in Matsuyama.
※Japanese to be used during natural disasters will also be covered.

Time：Morning　10:00~12:10（I、II、III）
Evening　13:30~15:40（I、IV、V）

※However, the class on 8/30 (Thu) will be 10 minutes shorter.
※The class placement will be based on test and interview results.

Place： Ehime Prefecture International Center（ＥＰＩＣ）

Target： People whose national language is not Japanese, individuals 16 years or older, individuals living in Ehime
Participation Fee：1,000 yen　※Gathered on 8/19（Mon）
Application： After filling out the application form, please submit it to EPIC by 7/31 (Wed).

※ A completion award will be given to individuals who attend 80% of classes.
※ If there are too many applicants, participation will be on a first-come first-serve basis.
※ Class I has one class in the morning and one in the evening. The contents of the classes are identical. You may only attend one class.

Please make sure to write down which time is more convenient for you on your application.
Please take the test and interview before attending the class. (1), (2) and (3) detail how you can sign up for these activities.
（1）Take the test and interview from a JASL teacher giving private lessons.
（2）Take the test at EPIC on any of the following dates.
7/25 (Thu）, 7/26 (Fri）, 7/27（Sat）, 8/1（Thu）10:00~14:00　(The test will take approximately 1 hour)
（3）For JETs who arrived in Japan this year

Please fill out the necessary information on the application form (and survey) and submit it to EPIC by 8/9 (Fri).
Please take the placement test (written) and interview at the Prefectural Office on 8/16 (Fri) 16:00 (After the arriving JET Orientation has ended).
